Eno Employee Thoughts: Have you ever been slapped in the mouth by Black olives and Violets? Yeah, neither have I but this wine is how I'd imagine it would taste! This California Syrah displays amazing restraint and seamless transitions throughout the palate! If you're looking for something a little different, I recommend a bottle of this.

Winemaker Thoughts: Aromas of black pepper, Santa Rosa plum, blackberries, black olives and fresh pomegranate. Textured and loaded with spicy black, exotic blue and vibrant red fruits, black pepper and white flowers. Medium bodied and everything you’d expect from cool climate Syrah with the tell-tale pepper, spice and exotic flavors. Some spicy tannins add a firmness that keeps the long refreshing finish of Syrah deliciousness going.

Any Other Semi-Important Stuff:  This 100% Syrah is a blend of components from all of our favorite vineyards on the north coast. The swale at Griffins Lair, the driveway rows at Castelli-Knight Ranch, barrels from Vine Hill that don’t make the cut for Hillsides, all the good stuff. This wine guarantees the quality of our top end wines while creating a unique blend of all the great terroirs together, creating one very compelling and over delivering bottle of Syrah.
