Eno Ratings:
Eno Employee Thoughts: This rosé is what I call a reverse Mullet, party (Fruit) in the front and business (High Acid) in the back. I love this wine with triple cream cheese.
Winemaker Thoughts: This California Pinot Noir rosé uses a unique winemaking method called vin gris - taking red grapes and treating them as if they’re making white wine (fermenting without skin or seed contact) to create an ever so slightly pink rosé that’s refreshingly bone dry and acidic.
Varietal/s: 100% Pinot Noir

After I discovered the Red Car Wine Company a few years ago, I instantly became a fan of what they are doing. The 2018 Red Car Rosé of Pinot Noir is a resplendent wine with ravishing fruit. TASTING NOTES: This wine is appealing from start to finish. Its aromas and flavors of dried fruit, dried earth, and tart red berries should be perfect with the raw tuna and salmon sashimi.
