Any Other Semi-Important Stuff:  This Spätbugunder has complex scents of cherries, vanilla and archy hints. Nice full taste with not too firm tannins, full body and finesse aftertaste. This wine may be served slightly chilled and is gastronomically well suited to veal and ripe flavors such as morels, truffle and chanterelles.
